Our prices vary from season to season and are subject to change at any given time to reflect change of cost for maintenance and services we have to accommodate to keep the home in best shape, so each guest has the same experience: Your Home of Joy and Comfort.

To determine the price for your stay, please check the availability and find the price of your individual stay in the booking process.

General terms

Minimum stay is one week
All booking requests are subject to approval.
Bookings are confirmed once the rental agreement was signed and the down payment was made.
A down payment of 30% is due when booking was approved.
The remaining amount and a security deposit are due 30 days prior arrival.

Our tariffs include

All tariffs are usually good for up to 2 adults
During Peak Season tariffs are good for up to 4 adults
Additional adult person USD 12.50 per night each
Children under the age of 12 stay free if accompanied by adults
At least 1 adult with minimum age of 21 years required
Travel cot for your baby is free of charge
An allowance of USD 40.00 per week for electricity is included

up to 90 calendar days prior to arrival: 30 % of rental fee
up to 60 calendar days prior to arrival: 60 % of rental fee

if less than 30 calendar days prior to arrival 100% of rental fee

EV's welcome

We're monitoring the development with respect to electrical vehicles closely and see an ever increasing customer base and thus need for charging capabilities. Having travelled longer distances with an EV ourselves, we know that having a charger available is giving great peace of mind and improves the overall charging infrastructure.

So we installed an Autel Charger that guests can use easily with the Autel app. Costs for charging are directly charged through the app to your credit card. With a charging speed of up to 10 kWh, the charger can charge even the largest battery to a 100% while you're sound asleep in the comfortable beds, so you're ready for your next adventure the next morning.

The charger is located in the garage and thus protected from the elements.
