As announced already, the renovation started last weekend. At first the tiles got removed in the corridor, the living and the entrance area. Additionally a pool fence got installed. But as pictures may tell you more at a glance, here is a selection:

Because the tiles weren't broken or such we kept them in the laundry, the kitchen and the bathrooms. We removed the tiles because we'd like to underline the maritime character of the Villa especially since it's located in Florida, quite close to the sea. As a next step we'll remove the carpeting from the living area and the sleeping rooms. Be curious about the progress. ☺

Along the pool "Jim" from Pool Safety Fence Inc. (www.poolfencecapecoral.com) installed a security pool fence. The fence can be installed and also removed very quickly on your demand. It's designed to safeguard the little ones from falling into the pool while playing on the patio. This allows you for example to prepare food in the kitchen without being worried about what could happen to your children. This is our idea of having an unstressed vacation with kids and will make your vacation even more memorable.
