This year, we celebrate 4 years Villa Waterway Dream. Even though it is not a significant anniversary, we decided to continue our renovation journey we started when we took over the home. 
After remodeling the sleeping and living rooms, replacing all appliances, air condition, furniture, and lights we now decided what is next.
We have quite some ideas for home improvements out of which we now chose: … the bathrooms! 
We always missed a bathtub in the master bathroom. We will remodel both bathrooms to integrate a bathtub in the master bathroom and will replace the tub in the guest bath with a luxurious shower at grade. The shower in the master bathroom will not be less luxurious, of course. The layout of both bathrooms will be changed.
The renovation is planned to start in April. Stay curious. We will share updates frequently.
